Kevin Nolan
...has scored only once in 1,418 minutes of Premier League football. That's a lot of pointless lumbering up and down the pitch.

Re: Kevin Nolan
Could be to do with the fact he's consistenly booed whenever his name is mentioned on match day?

Are you for real?

And that's the problem isn't it. How can a leader be vocal about such poor displays when he is the main culprit? It leaves his position almost untenable.

Re: Kevin Nolan
Isn't it funny that both Collins and Valencia have come out today and said we've got to sort things out, but there's a deafening silence from captain fantastic.

His goal was immense though wannit not like Kouyate was right behind him to knock it in himself?

Embarrassing fat cunt.

Re: Kevin Nolan
But what about that goal on the opening day of last season eh?
Surprised the Fat One hasn't reminded us of that to justify the selection.

Re: Kevin Nolan
He's scored one goal since 22nd Feb 2014.... so that's nearly 14 months.... what a guy

Re: Kevin Nolan
Yeah but hold on.

His pointing and shouting is world class. He plays the ref and makes sure we get decisions. He gets in the opponents face if they make a bad tackle and does a bit of shoving.

Don't forget the important things.

Re: Kevin Nolan
In fairness, its not really the best stat in the world. Equates to 1 in about 16 games.

PELLE scored for the first time in 15 games at the weekend, and he's playing as a striker for a side in the top 6.

Nolan is fucking useless, don't need stats to figure that out.

Re: Kevin Nolan
Yup, the goals have dried up well and truly this season, which used to be his plus point. If he's not scoring, then he's not really worth his place in the side any longer.

I will happily defend him if he's scoring 10-15 goals a season, but he brings little value without that contribution.

Still has value as a squad player, but shouldn't really be starting games unless there are injury problems. I won't knock the fact that 29 goals in his first three seasons was a tidy contribution, though.

I think he could make a decent coach.

Every time I think about NOLAN, i think to what Noble said about him being the gaffers right hand man and rules the dressing room.

FMOB

And people still say he's ideal as an "impact sub" (whatever the fuck that latest buzzword even means) or will nick you a goal.
